Le Pied à l’étrier (Foot in Stirrup) is a long-term support for professional integration and personal development. Its aim is to enable the young person to meet the requirements of the professional world in an autonomous, responsible and sustainable way. It combines work and training support, and provides support in the management of daily life.
The young person pursues a long-term internship or pre-employment. At the same time, they are supported in developing a professional project, in preparing for a vocational training programme of their choice (generally AFP or CFC), or in finding a job.
